Fresh Cases In Germany And South Korea After Reopening Leave People In Fear Of A 2nd Wave Of COVID-19

Seoul in South Korea has closed over 2,100 bars plus other night hangouts due to a fresh cluster of coronavirus infections. Meanwhile Germany is struggling to combat fresh outbreaks at slaughterhouses and Italy is wary that people who were getting too friendly at cocktail hour in the first weekend of eased restrictions could lead to disaster.

These fresh cases have lead to a fear of a 2nd wave which could leave those in charge confused as they look to restart their economies.

Worldwide coronavirus has affected almost nearly 4 million people and killed over 276,000, as per a tally conducted by Johns Hopkins University according to a report in AP. This is on the basis of data collected by Governments.

New York saw the death of 3 children from a complication which could be linked to coronavirus. This involved swollen blood vessels and heart problems. At least 73 kids in New York are showing symptoms similar to Kawasaki disease, which is a rare inflammatory condition in children along with toxic shock syndrome.

It will take some time to return to normalcy and even if restrictions are eased, people should not be in a hurry to go out unless absolutely necessary.
